Founder and sole owner of RETREAT REALTY, INC, Jeani Bazan graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Accounting. With a minor in business-law and having eight years experience as a paralegal in real estate, she offers a wide spectrum of knowledge to her clients investing in real estate.

Having fallen in love with the Mentone area some years ago, she has been a part-time resident since August of 2002. Bill Grissom was born in Alabama and has spent most of his life in the state. Introduced to Mentone and the Lookout Mountain area by his wife Terry only six years ago, he fell in love with the area and decided that this was where he wanted to live after retirement, so he and Terry purchased a house on the brow. Bill and his wife, Terry, plan to move to Mentone in May of 2007 to become full time residents on the Mountain.

After serving twenty five years as an air traffic controller and a supervisor with the Federal Aviation Administration, Bill retired in April, 2005. He and his wife Terry established their new business, Lookout Mtn Log Homes, after his retirement. As representatives for Daniel Boone Log Homes, they sell log home packages throughout their sales territory which covers all of Lookout Mountain, Weiss Lake, Tennessee River almost to Wheeler Dam and the eastern side of Smith Lake (most of northeast Alabama and extreme northwest Georgia). Bill's goal is to help people who have discovered the serenity and beauty of the mountains, find their own Retreat place. In order to better achieve this goal, he joined the real estate sales team of Retreat Realty, Inc. in the summer of 2006. Through the vacation rental, he introduces people to the beauty of the Mentone area -once they fall in love with the area, as he did, they too want to own a place of their own.
